Sparkling Chimayó Cocktails

Ingredients:


  • 1 cup gold tequila 
  • 3/4 cup sparkling water, chilled 
  • 2 tablespoons crème de cassis (black currant-flavored liqueur)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 
  • (750-milliliter) bottle sparkling apple cider, chilled

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a pitcher; stir to combine. Serve immediately.
