Herb Slow Cooker Chicken


1tablespoon olive oil
1teaspoon paprika
½teaspoon garlic powder
½teaspoon seasoned salt
½teaspoon dried thyme
½teaspoon dried basil
½teaspoon pepper
½teaspoon browning sauce, optional
4bone-in chicken breast halves (8 ounces each)
½cup chicken broth


In a small bowl, combine the first eight ingredients; rub over chicken. Place in a 5-qt. slow cooker; add broth. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until chicken is tender. Yield: 4 servings.
