- 400g (14oz) hulled and frozen strawberries
- 75-100ml (3-3 1/2 fl oz) of white rum
- 4tbsp caster sugar
- the zest and juice of 1 lime
- Whiz the strawberries in a blender with the rum, sugar and lime zest of juice until slushy but still frozen.
- Pour into two large glasses and serve immediately.
